Our Rewild Yourself 2 hour sensory walk will start you on your journey to rewilding yourself as your strongest, most confident self.

You will walk through the rewilding project at the stunning Bamff Ecotourism Estate, where beavers are transforming this organic farm into a wilderness habitat, and learn how that relates to the 3 step process of rewilding yourself.

In this course you will:

  • learn about the process of rewilding through the example at Bamff
  • discover how to awaken your senses
  • forage for wild tea
  • enjoy tea over a fire
